You don’t pay to enter. You don’t pay before we give you work. Anybody wey tell you say make you pay first before dem give you job, run. Na so dem dey do people.
Here is how the money works.
When SmartFix gives you a job. We keep 10% of your workmanship for the community fund. It comes out automatically when we pay you. Nobody will call you for money, and there is nothing to pay every month.
When you bring your own job. You pay nothing. No fee, no 10%. But still log it through SmartFix, because the cooperative looks at your work record when they decide how much loan you can get.
That 10% is what pays for health cover, accident insurance, welfare when a member is in trouble, and the coordinators who run the community. Every month you get a statement showing what you paid in and what it bought you.

We call your three people. Once they confirm you, we add you to the community and attach you to an Oga.
